Privlaka is a fishing and tourist village located on a spacious sandy peninsula near the city of Zadar and the historic royal town of Nin.

They once served as a source of water and life and testify to the hard work of local fishermen and farmers. Today, 12 such wells remain, the most famous being the Sokolar well, which is connected with a local legend about an unhappy love.
